We love The Hammered Goat, now what?

First, tell us about your event. We just need to know the date and hours of service, location, number of guests, and what you would like to serve. Once we have that, we agree upon a price.

How do we reserve our date? When are payments due?

A signed contract and non-refundable date retainer (50%) holds your date for you. 

Full payment must be made 14 days prior to your event. All payments are non-refundable.

What happens next?

We will work with you to create a custom menu. We like to finalize well before your event so that we can get things ordered, etc. We’ll prep the cocktails and mixers and bring them with us. Just a reminder, we aren’t allowed to resell alcohol. We got a couple of friends that are liquor retailers that we can set you up with or you can do the shopping on your own. This is even your chance to save a few bucks and shop around for the best deal. Just have all of the alcohol ready for us when we pull in. We will get it all prepped and iced down. Finally.... have the time of your life! We bring everything for the bar, so just tell us where to drop the trailer and we are good to go.

Do we buy the alcohol?

In order to be compliant with Oklahoma ABLE Commission regulations, The Hammered Goat cannot purchase or provide alcohol. We can do everything except purchase the alcohol; including setting you up with a custom shopping list based on your customized menu, alcohol quantities, and a delivery option if you want us to take one more thing off your plate!

How much does it cost to rent the trailer?

Cecilia is a crowd-pleaser and is a hit at every event! Our 1970 vintage camper is available for an additional $300 and can be added to any package you choose! Certain conditions

How much should I expect to spend on a bartending service?

Every event is different! Pricing will depend on the number of guests, length of the event, menu type, upgrades, and additional rentals. All of our prices are catered to you and your event needs. We’d be happy to talk you through it if you have any questions or concerns. Check out our services page to decide what best fits your needs, and you can easily request a customized quote from there!

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We have general liability and liquor liability insurance and will provide a COI upon request.

Do you only serve alcoholic beverages?

We offer many other services that do not include alcohol. We can serve up some of our amazing craft mocktails, lemonade, hot cocoa, coffee, and more!

What drinks do you serve?

The options are ENDLESS! We don’t have a set menu because every event is planned to be everything you want it to be and more. We would love to work with you to create the PERFECT custom menu for your event, whether that includes craft cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, soda, juice, lemonade, cocoa, coffee, etc. You name it, we’ll serve it!
